Berlin is a place which has the main role in this world’s history. If we take back to the world war II era, Berlin has the historical value more than any other place on this planet. Well, talking about Berlin and its history, the das stue hotel in Berlin is one of the historical places that we can encounter in real life. This hotel was the Royal Danish Embassy back then. The building was built in the 1930s. The designer who built this fascinating building was Johan Emil Schaudt. The hotel was designed with elegant look ala Germany.
The original shape and outdoor look of the building is kept well, which then result in such a sophisticated yet fun look and ambiance. The outdoor look of the hotel is covered in mostly white color, with many windows with colonial style all over the hotel’s face. The stone wall is the domination that can be clearly seen both at inside and outside part of the hotel. When we enter the hotel, we will find such a luxurious hall with beautiful and elegant design yet still look simple and premium. The original stone wall gives the historical feeling of the original building.
But when we enter to the rooms, we will find completely sophisticated and modern rooms’ designs. Elegance and simplicity are still the main concern of the rooms’ designs. The variation of combination of style and design on each room makes the guests feel cozy and not disappointed to spend their time there; such warm and cozy feeling when seeing the entire designs for each room. The dining area/ dining rooms also have such special designs which will make your dining experience there even more fascinating and breathtaking. What I found interesting is that we can take some of the hotel’s parts’ designs and styles to be applied in our own living space.
